Consultation is free. We conduct the interview at the place of your convenience or by phone.
We begin by reviewing your needs through discussions with the involved family members and when necessary we consult with the physicians of the care recipient, social workers, hospitals, or nursing home staff.
Next, working in conjunction with the family, we develop an individualized program to manage your daily needs. We match your needs to the best possible caregiver, bring them to your home and ask you to participate in the selection process.
After the caregiver has been placed in your home, we continue our unique system of personalized contacts through telephone and most importantly, we periodically communicate with the caregiver who is providing care services to you.
We approach a decision of having a caregiver with expertise and compassion. Our service area revolves around Chicago and surrounding suburbs, so we will be able to provide you with the service whenever it is needed.
