‘Your Care Source’ is dedicated to the highest standards; we are very selective in choosing our candidates.
Our resources of caregivers include Personal Care Attendants, CNA, HHA, Homemakers and Companions. They have adequate experience and training to handle the full range of basic nursing care as well as total domestic tasks.
We select our caregivers based on their experience, qualifications, dependability and personal traits. We look for caregivers that are trustworthy, helpful, friendly and caring. Each prospective candidate shall be required to meet the following qualifications as well as demonstrate their knowledge in each individual specialty.
‘Your Care Source’ employment counselor performs in-depth interviews with all candidates in determining their skills and experience for appropriate placement.
This includes:
- Current experience of one year as a minimum
- Criminal Background checks
- All ‘Your Care Source’ candidates who are required by state law or regulation to hold a license or certificate must hold a valid license or certificate in the state of employment
- We verify all licenses and certificates to determine that they are valid and are in good standing
- Reference checks are performed for the at least one year of employment unless more are submitted.
- Caregiver Performance Review – one week after the placement and at the end of each assignment at the client site or phone call
- Zero tolerance for no-call or no-shows
- Contractor information, reference verification and job description on file

You are in charge of everything, because we are a referral agency, for non-medical, custodial care, and not a nursing home.
The caregivers that "Your Care Source" refers will not dictate to what your schedule is to be ( i.e what time to get up, when to bath, meals, schedules etc. )
Your are the boss. Its the caregiver's job to adjust to your schedule and see to it that you remaind comfortable in your own home.
